14 Night Adjustable Bed
Mattress Exchange

In the very unlikely event that the mattress you originally selected is too firm or too soft for you, we offer a 14-night adjustable bed mattress exchange. This will allow you to select the mattress that will suit you from our range.

It takes several days to get used to any new mattress. For this reason, we can only offer the mattress exchange on the condition that you make your request AFTER 7 nights from delivery and BEFORE 14 nights.

Our team will be able to arrange a convenient date for the exchange to take place.

Collection and Re-delivery charge

When you contact us to arrange your exchange, you will need to make a payment of £80 to cover the collection and re-delivery costs.

If you choose a higher priced alternative, you’ll need to pay the price difference when re-selecting.

We are unable to refund any difference in price if a lower priced product is selected.

Mattress exchange procedure

Within a few days prior to your mattress exchange you will receive a polythene mattress bag delivered by carrier.

You will be contacted in advance with a delivery day and 3-hour time slot for your exchange.

On the day of exchange, remove the zip off cover from the original mattress as you will need to use this on your new mattress.

Simply slide the bag over the mattress and tape the open end securely closed.

The delivery company will take the original mattress and leave your new mattress.

The delivery company will not unpack the new mattress or put on the original cover.

Terms & Conditions

Mattresses that are mis-used, marked, or soiled in any way cannot be exchanged so we ask that you use either a mattress protector or our ‘Luxury Zip Cover’ during use.

The original mattress can only be exchanged for a mattress of the same size.

Our 14-night adjustable bed mattress exchange is limited to one mattress exchange for each mattress of the original ordered.


Our mattress exchange offer is limited to mainland UK. Some postcodes in Cornwall and the Highlands of Scotland may incur a small additional charge due to transportation costs.

Mattresses with massage have an additional £50.00 charge unless massage is not required in the new mattress.

What happens to a mattress that has been exchanged?

If a mattress were exchanged, the original mattress will not be re-sold. It would be steam cleaned to sterilise and be used for demonstration / display purposes or donated to charity.
