Returns Contact us via email at Admin@backcarebeds.co.uk or call us on 02392 984 042. Refunds can only be accepted if the package is unopened and unused. Once your return has been agreed you can then send the product back to us via a secure courier. You’ll need to arrange and pay for a courier and you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged. Once we've received the product back, we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps. (Please not refunds will not include the original delivery cost).
Please note that if the item has been used we will not be able to accept the return or issue your refund. For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on mattresses unless they are unopened and sealed in the original packaging (or if they are faulty).
Simply email us on Admin@backcarebeds.co.uk or call us on 02392 984 042 to cancel your order. As long as your order hasn't been dispatched there will be no charge.
