Delivery

Having purchased a new adjustable bed, mattress, or other adjustable bed accessories, we will arrange delivery if you are confident enough to install these items yourself. Complete beds are sent by carrier, or you can opt for collection direct from our workshop in your own vehicle.

Bespoke 2-man delivery
This is a very popular choice for the customer that prefers the convenience and bespoke feeling, to ensure delivery to a room of your choice. This is a white glove delivery service, with specially trained teams ensuring your goods are delivered safely, securely and on time. You will receive a text and/or email by the close of business on the Monday of you selected week outlining a selected day and 3-hour time slot.

By pallet.
This service is mostly only used for deliveries to Ireland, Isle of Man, and Scottish islands. This is not advisable for inner city locations due to heavy goods transport lorries, this is a kerb side delivery only, where this could cause an obstruction to other street users, and you would need to dispose of the left pallet.

DPD
Once your order has been dispatched your delivery will arrive to your door within one working day. You will receive a text and/or email before to let you know it's due for arrival. On the morning of the delivery, DPD will send you another text with a 1-hour delivery slot. You'll have the option to reschedule your delivery, leave it with a neighbour or select a secure location on the property.

Please note that all deliveries can be affected by your location, adverse weather conditions and our stock.

Delivery And Installation

Installation is carried out by one of our independent experienced service engineers. We cover most of the UK. Depending on location, delivery times may be longer and additional charges applied. Contact us for details.

Adjustable Bed Repairs

For repairs during the warranty period please contact a member of our customer service and we will be happy to advise.
Outside of the warranty period repairs are simple and can be carried out by yourself. Our advice guides will take you through the process or we can give guidance via phone or email.
